1. Acceptance

Access to and use of this website are subject to the following terms and conditions and all applicable laws. By accessing and browsing this site, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

This website and all of its content, including text, images, photographs, graphics, videos, typefaces, software and other material (the “Content”), belong to XALAQUIA and/or to third parties who have authorized their use, with all rights reserved unless otherwise stated. The trademarks, logos and service marks that appear on the site belong to XALAQUIA. The Content is protected by Mexican copyright and industrial property laws, and XALAQUIA will enforce its rights under applicable law.

XALAQUIA owns the copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement, updating and use of all the Content. No license or right over the Content is granted, except for the limited authorization described in the next section.

3. Permitted use of the Content

You may download, view or print the Content of this site only for your personal, non-commercial use, as long as you keep all copyright, trademark and intellectual property notices and do not modify the material.

It is forbidden to modify, transmit, distribute, reuse, republish, “frame” or use the Content (including text, images, audio and video) for public or commercial purposes without the written permission of XALAQUIA. It is also forbidden to download product images from this site in order to sell them.

4. Orders and delivery

Delivery times start counting from the confirmation of your order. We offer free shipping across Mexico with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days; international shipments are quoted separately. Times are estimates and may vary for reasons beyond XALAQUIA’s control, such as the shipping carrier or events outside our control.

5. Information on the site

XALAQUIA makes reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information about the products it offers for sale. However, the site and its content are provided “as is”: XALAQUIA does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, sufficiency, timeliness or breadth, and the information may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. XALAQUIA may make changes, corrections and improvements to the information and to the products described at any time and without notice.

To the extent permitted by law, XALAQUIA assumes no responsibility for any damage or virus that may affect your computer or other property as a result of your access to, use of or browsing on the site, or your download of any material, data, text, image, video or audio from this site. XALAQUIA may interrupt or suspend all or part of the site’s functions and will not be liable for doing so, whatever the cause. The site’s content is not intended for appropriate use abroad and is not represented as applicable outside Mexico.

6. Colors and how products look

At xalaquia.com we display product images as accurately as possible. Even so, we cannot guarantee that the color you see exactly matches the color of the product, since how color is displayed depends in part on the screen you use.

7. Your comments, reviews and photos

Any communication or material you send to this site by email or otherwise (data, questions, comments, suggestions or similar) will be treated as non-confidential, without prejudice to the Privacy Notice. XALAQUIA may freely use the ideas, concepts or suggestions you share with us, with no obligation to compensate you.

If you publish a review or upload photos on the site, you authorize us to display them publicly on xalaquia.com and in our communication channels, together with the name you provide. You declare that the photos are yours or that you have the right to share them. You can ask us to remove your review or photos by writing to atencionaclientes@xalaquia.com.

8. Misuse of the site

It is forbidden to misuse the site, for example by impersonating another person, using purchasing agents or carrying out fraudulent actions.

9. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Notice, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
