OUR STORY
Back to our roots
I have always wanted to make a positive impact and to help my country. I love the sea: it makes me feel free, it's where I connect with myself the most, and water makes everything lighter. Fashion is my other passion, because it tells where we are as a society and how we evolve.
I wanted to work with artisans because they have everything to teach us. I admire that their art makes them happy, and I believe that if we could see through their eyes, we would understand what happiness really is. In this age of technology, we sometimes have to go back to our roots.
I made Xalaquia to remind us of what truly matters. I want to be a brand that makes people feel, with no negative impact on any front, because life is too short to spend it feeling bad.
